I'm not happy with the service. Today 23/03/2026 . I bought a family meal at fisher ways Pavillion food court around 16h00 and inside the box I found hair. I'm so disgusted we couldn't eat the food and what's annoying me is that when im trying to call them I can't even get through .

It’s very unfortunate that I have to write a bad review of store I once gave a 5 star rating too.
Placed my online order at 16:58pm to arrive in store and find out my order was not prepared bearing in mind the store absolutely dead.
Only for the cashier to take payment and ask me to wait after telling me sorry and was unable to give me a reason why it was not ready.
Apparently just like everything else in South Africa nothing is consistent. When management is away staff slack off.
I did mention to them that I was going to complain. They watched me type out this review while preparing my food , sadly after I ate that meal, I became extremely sick. Possible that they did sabotage my food.
Playing with some ones food is not a game.
The cook on duty needs to questioned and a full investigation should be done by Fishaways pavilion.
Sadly I will not be supporting this store going forward and if you do not want a similar experience, take your hard earned money and go to another branch.
