I would like to compliment Duma, the manageress at the Chatsworth branch, for her outstanding customer service. On 1 June 2026, I placed a telephone order for a takeaway through the contact centre. Unfortunately, my order was not transferred to the Chatsworth branch. When I arrived at the store to pay, I was informed that no telephone order had been received. As a result, I had to join the queue behind other customers waiting to place their orders. I spoke to Duma, who immediately assisted me. She took my order personally and explained that I would need to follow the queue while she arranged for my order to be prepared. By the time I reached the cashier, my order was ready within approximately five minutes. Duma was exceptionally kind, courteous, and professional throughout the interaction. She recognised that I was in a hurry and went out of her way to assist me and minimise the delay caused by the error. Her friendly manner, positive attitude, and commitment to excellent customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very pleasant one. It is refreshing to encounter employees like Duma who truly understand the value of customer service. She is a great asset to your organisation, and I would like her efforts and dedication to be recognised. Thank you. This version highlights both the problem and the excellent way Duma resolved it, which makes the compliment even more meaningful.

Absolutely amazing service at Fishaways last week! Dumah was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She went out of her way to assist my mum and I, making the whole experience so pleasant.
